Piano and voice lessons will be held at my house, 21317 Anza Avenue, and they will last for 30 minutes. All lessons will be tailored to the individual student. We can also explore different styles (chording, jazz, classical, pop, etc) depending on the interests and goals of the student.

PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES
Sharing progress and the joy of music is valuable to all of us. All students are strongly encouraged to participate in some form of performance venue (to be determined). It will be a low stress atmosphere and music will not need to be memorized.
COMMITTMENT
It is important for children and parents to understand that the study of music requires a commitment of time and energy. They should understand that for optimal progress they should practice at least 20-30 minutes a day. If you and your child have made the decision to begin lessons, it would be beneficial for you to be committed for at least 1 full year.
METHOD
At their first lesson, I evaluate a student's level. I use Bastien and Alfred for beginners because they are, "...designed to prepare students of all ages for a successful musical learning experience." These two methods have enjoyable arrangements using original pieces as well as a variety of other styles (classic, folk, pop, etc). As they progress we will customize their lessons based on interests and goals.
